A Polynesian-style hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn occupies 10 acres owned by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands on a knoll 200 yards from the beach, next to the Wailua River. An open-air lobby ensures that guests experience 'uhane Hawai'i when visiting this ocean view property. Each guestroom, suite, and cottage offers an ocean, mountain, or garden view.  This extensive rebranding and renovation project encompassed guest rooms, suites, lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting and outdoor spaces.
