San Rafael Inn & Suites is a four story boutique hotel with 46 guestrooms. Building construction is three stories of type VA wood over one story type IA podium. A traditional architectural style was chosen to be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. The design includes 38 parking stalls in an enclosed garage, including 26 spaces in three level parking lifts with pits. Hotel amenities include a boardroom, fitness center, outdoor pet area, and second floor guest patio. A cafe on the first floor is open to the public.
