Towneplace suites

Location: San Jose, CA

TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a 5 story limited service hotel with two levels of underground parking for 90 vehicles. Enhancing the design challenge was the parcel itself, an irregularly shaped tight urban infill site. Amenities include an indoor bar, breakfast area, meeting room, fitness room, laundry, outdoor spa, barbeque, and patio.
